Prices are per week and per apartment, unless otherwise indicated and include:
rental of the apartment fully
furnished and equipped, consumption, taxes, TV, telephone, fridge. A Parking
space in the garage or in the lot outside.
CLUB CARD: compulsory, per stay and per apartment, 60,00 including:
free entrance
to the Palasport
pool halls; animation, Mini Clubs: Baby Park on snow and in the residence.
Wireless Internet Service available by Reception, with your own computer;
free.
Children: free kit on request: cot, high chair, bottle-warmer .
Sky tv: free vision in the apartments
Deposit required on arrival: 150,00: to be returned at the end of your stay
unsless damage and broken
Animals are allowed of small size, upon request and with additional 50,00
Laundry and dryer available against payment
The apartments are to be returned clean and tidy, with particular attention to
the kitchen, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery; rubbish is to be removed;
otherwise, you shall be charged of 60,00
The apartments cannot be occupied by a number of people greater than expected
No discount or refund for early departures or back- arrivals.
Your stay starts on Sunday from 5.00 p.m. and ends the following Sunday within
09.30 a.m.

Deposit: 150,00 for each apartment at the arrival. No discount or refund for
late arrival or early departure.

In the apartment, number of people cannot exceed the number of beds.
Apartments must be left tidy and clean, with special care to the kitchen,
fridge, crockery and cutlery; rubbish must be removed and put in proper
containers.A surcharge of 50,00 will be required if final cleaning will not be
done.
Your stay starts on Saturday from 5.00 P.M. and ends on Saturday by 9.30 A.M.
